Marketing consent is always optional and is never pre-selected.

What we record

• The exact consent wording shown to you at the time you submitted
• The consent version identifier
• The date and time consent was given
• Whether you opted in to marketing
• The referral source of your enquiry
• Your IP address and browser user agent

Consent records are stored so they cannot be silently overwritten. If the wording changes, a new version is created and earlier records keep the wording that was actually presented.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the privacy contact details on our contact page. Withdrawal does not affect referrals already made, but it stops future contact and future referrals.
